Area 51 at the Ore House Inn in New Castle

Area 51 is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment located upstairs at The Ore House Inn, a 130 year old building in downtown New Castle! Just 10 minutes from Glenwood Springs it sleeps 2 (3 with rollaway) with full kitchen and dining area and full bathroom. Themed room has cable T.V., High speed internet and all typical hotel amenities. Our hallways characterize New Castle's mining history. Close to skiing, Rifle mountain park and offer discounts to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Glebwood Caverns. The space Area 51 is themed after the event at Roswell. We have the complete series on dvd as well as other popular alien themed movies, pictures, games and wall murals. Glenwood Hot Springs resorts are a short 10 minute drive. We are pet friendly and charge $25 per pet per night payable at booking and ask that pets not be left unattended while you are out and about unless they are in a crate. We have a full kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, range, microwave, utensils, etc. etc.. Plush towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Comfy queen bed and hand made cottage furniture throughout. EV charging is free and available for hotel guests and we offer snowshoe rentals downstairs. There is no smoking of any kind in our building; this includes vape pens, cigarettes and marijuana. Guests caught smoking will immediately be asked to leave and incur a $500 decontamination fee. Guest access Guests have complete access to Area 51 and no one else has access to your room. Other things to note Wifi is Ore House Guest you will connect automatically. pets are $25 per pet per night and we ask that they not be left unattended unless they are in a crate. We are just 1 block away from RFTA (Roaring Fork Transportation Authority) bus stop.
