It is a very isolated property, on a beautiful dirt road. Bookings of a week or longer are discounted, book a month for the best discount in spring and summer. Guest access With the exception of unused bedrooms, the whole house is yours. There are no other guests when you are here. Other things to note The $200 Base price is for two bedrooms. Additionally rooms are $50 per room. (This goes in as an additional charge after you book.) $25 a day electric surcharge if you use AC. Sorry about that, can't be helped. There is an out-door, 10 ft by 10 ft, enclosed area for dogs that don't bark. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the house. (Please see additional rules) Good guitars are available. There is a small grill and a large fire pit in the back yard. Outdoor hot tub in the warm months. Two minutes to NYS state forest. (Great hunting.) 15 minutes to Cherry Plains State Park, a perfect little family state park with a great lake for swimming.
