Walking distance to Sonoma's Historic Plaza and the most famous wineries, this retreat is surrounded by vineyards and gorgeous country lanes leading to the Plaza. We also offer 10 bicycles so you can explore the town and wineries. The half-acre grounds feature a large pool & spa, plus full outdoor kitchen & ping pong. The single level home is spacious and can sleep up to 8. There are four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The large master suite has a king bed and private master limestone bathroom. The space Welcome to our luxury Farmhouse style home in Sonoma. We are perfectly located within walking distance to the historical Sonoma Plaza as well as the most famous wineries in the town of Sonoma. We also offer bicycles for all as touring Sonoma by bike is the best way to see everything without ever getting into a car. Bedrooms: Our home offers four well-appointed bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. All beds have memory foam mattresses, down pillows and 300 thread count, Egyptian cotton sheets. - The master bed is a king size and has a private bathroom with tub and shower. - One guest room has a queen, one guest room has a double and one has four twin beds (bunk beds). Each of these guest rooms share a full bathroom which is right next to them. There is a half bath near the guest rooms and the living room/kitchen. Bathrooms: All come with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers as well as extra amenities in case you forgot anything at home. Chef's Kitchen: Large open kitchen with top quality cookware & appliances and kitchen tools to cook any gourmet meal as well as plenty of spices and pantry basics. Both a large Cuisinart drip coffeemaker and a Nespresso are available. Dining area seats 8-10 Living Room: Large enough for big groups with indoor/outdoor fireplace, 42” TV and plenty of books. Outdoor entertaining: We have a large outdoor living room and dining room with seating for 10, along with a full outdoor kitchen with deluxe grill and refrigerator on our back patio. We also have an outdoor ping pong table. The pool features a large built-in hot tub and a "Baha deck," which is a six inch deep portion where kids can crawl around and enjoy the water or you can place one of the lounge chairs there to cool off on hot days. The pool cover has a motorized open and close to ensure safety if kids and toddlers are around. You can heat the hot tub to your hearts content for free. The pool can be heated from April-Oct. Parking: Please note - there is only room for four cars to be parked in the driveway at the property. There is not parking allowed along the narrow country road. Guest access As soon as you book, we will send you our rental agreement through Docusign. Please sign this and send back to us as soon as you can. Once your booking is complete you will receive our guidebook including all our recommendations for the best grocery stores, restaurants, wineries and special places to see when you come. A month before you arrive, we will send you a reminder with access instructions. You will find them on the airbnb platform as well. Parking is not allowed along the narrow country road. We offer a booking for 8 max. We do, however, make exceptions upon request, for up to 10 guests as we have beds for 10. We do charge $150 per night for every guest over 8. If you would like to request booking for more than 8, please let us know and we will send you a payment request through Airbnb for your additional guest (s). We rent the house by the week during summer months with a Saturday check-in and check-out day.
