Serving over 475 guests from around the world as Airbnb Superhosts, we would love for you to relax at our Silicon Valley Bungalow in San Jose. We are near Downtown San Jose, the Convention Center, SJC Airport, SAP Center, and Diridon Station. We have easy access to transit, freeways, Avaya Stadium, and Levi’s Stadium. After a long day, come home and enjoy our queen sized bed! As Airbnb hosts and guests ourselves, we want to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out! The space Feel right at home here in San Jose. Our Spanish style bungalow built in 1932 has modern updates yet still retains the charm of an older house. BEDROOM: Your private bedroom includes a queen-size bed with pillowtop mattress, a closet with plenty of space to hang your clothes, a dresser, and a desk. People who have stayed with us raved about how comfortable the mattress is! BATHROOM: Our upgraded bathroom comes with an oversized shower, a toilet, and a sink with plenty of counter space for your toiletries. There is only one bathroom in the house so it is shared with us, your hosts. OUR HOME: Our shoe-free and smoke-free home has original hardwood floors, an upgraded kitchen, laundry room, living room, and dining room. The property has a front garden and patio with a bench as well as a side garden with a dining set, lounge chairs, and fire pit. Guest access Please make yourself at home and hang out, relax, study, read, or enjoy a meal in the communal areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and garden areas. KITCHEN: We enjoy cooking and dining – we hope you do too! If you would like to cook or prepare food, please check with us to see what items you are able to use. We can provide you with coffee and an assortment of teas to help you get going in the morning. Filtered water is available from a dispenser on the front of the refrigerator. LAUNDRY: Got stuff to wash? We have a washer and dryer that you can use. Although laundry supplies can be purchased at a nearby store, please ask if you would like to use ours. PARKING: Got a car? No problem! There is a lot of parking around our neighborhood. If necessary, we can move our car up on our tandem driveway so you can park behind ours. All we ask is that you move your car if we need to get in and out if you decide to park behind ours. During your stay WANT TO CHAT? Got a question? Other things to note CHECK-IN: Our check in time is 3:00PM. Although the time is flexible, please let us know if you are coming in earlier or later to the home. We need to have adequate time to prepare your room and your stay with us. CHECK-OUT: Our check out time is 11:00AM. If you need to check out later, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you. If another guest is checking in at 3:00PM, we may not be able to extend the checkout time.
