Pet-friendly 3-bdrm lower unit, 2 blocks to beach

Message me for off season weekly and monthly specials! This private 3 bdrm, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation home is just 2 blocks to beach with free parking! It is pet-friendly (pet fee applies, cats allowed only after prior approval), recently renovated house and is the downstairs section of a duplex. Please note “entire house” means you have the entire lower unit to yourself, not entire duplex! TVs in every room, hot tub and 4 blocks to the pavilion/boardwalk. No contact checkin with lockbox. The space This home is a 2 minute walk to the beach and is close to all Myrtle Beach has to offer! Completely renovated in 2016! Biker-friendly (we ride too!)! And there is room to park a trailer! Guest access The whole unit is for your enjoyment! Other things to note IMPORTANT: Trip insurance is highly recommended as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and typically costs less than 10% of your total trip cost. This beachy duplex was built in the 1950s and had been sorely neglected when we bought her. We stripped her down to the studs and reconfigured the layout to make her more functional. She is unrecognizable to her former self after she was given the love she so badly needed! We are very proud of what we have created and hope our guests appreciate the fruits of our labor!
