The space Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: one master suite with two queen beds and separate bathroom, another bedroom has a queen bed and the third one has two single beds suitable for kids or young adults. Main level features a nicely equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 persons and living room with two queen size sofa-beds. Downstairs has a huge saloon with bar, sofa-bed, TV, another dining table, walkout to the patio and third bathroom. Our sauna is brand new and located outside just steps across the patio. The whole house is for the guests. The driveway can fit up to 4 standard vehicles. Street parking is limited. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house as well as sauna, downstairs area with bar, finished basement and utility room with washer/dryer Other things to note Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No crazy parties or gatherings. If received complains from the neighbors or police the guests who violated the rules will be asked to vacate the house immediately without a refund. This is a smoking / drug free house.
