This modern rustic vacation home can give you the perfect getaway for your family and friends. We have 4 bedrooms and a huge loft (7Queen + 2 Twin beds). We can easily accommodate 12 adults and any number of kids that are under 12 years old (these are non adults). We also have 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family/game room, patio and a huge porch. We also have Full central Air conditioning through the whole house to keep you comfortable during during Summer. After a long day of adventure - you can relax in the family room, warm up next to a real wood burning fireplace in, relax in the steam sauna, play pool (slate 8'), many board or watch a movie on a 55' flat screen ROKU TV. Sit on the deck with all your friends and family at the huge table and relax by watching and listening various birds and wildlife or just enjoy quiet time next to a meal. Our back patio also offers additional relax space in the HotTub for 6 people. There is something to do for everyone, no matter what time of the year it is! During the summer months, swimming is available in Sand Spring Lake, which is partially bordered by a huge sand beach, green filed for games, picnic areas, food court, indoor showers, many hiking trails and waterfalls. In winter, the frozen lake can be used for ice skating. Seasonal hunting is permitted in many areas of the park, with white-tailed deer, black bear, and squirrels among the game that may be hunted legally. Fishing is allowed with PA fishing license. During summer boats and pedal boats can be rented (PA fishing license is required for fishing). The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Our vacation home is a 10 min walking distance from the community amenities. To limit crowds, the community only provides 8 wristbands per rental. This means only 8 people can use the amenities at once. Guests must check themselves in using the key lock on the entrance door. When needed, I am available though phone and our housekeeper lives 5 min away.
