Lake Pend Oreille is literally right outside! The marina offers boat slip rentals for your days of fishing and waterskiing, and you are already in downtown Sandpoint to enjoy all the restaurants. The nearby mountains offer beautiful hiking trails for the outdoorsy types, and there is even horseback riding available through Mountain Horse Adventures. When the lake freezes over, you'll be a short drive from the lifts at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. In October of 2020 three brand new Smart TVs with YouTube TV have been added to the residence.
