Our home can sleep upto 12 people. We are located in the prestigious gated resort Windsor Hills - which is less than 5 minutes from the gates of Disney World. Our home is less than a minute walk to the huge children's playground and a short walk from the Windsor Hills clubhouse, water park & resort pool. We are one of the closest homes to the resort clubhouse. The lower level has three bedrooms including the two master suites that overlook the pool. The upper level has two bedrooms. TWO KING MASTER SUITES The two pool facing, exquisitely decorated master suites have been appointed with king beds with brand new high quality memory foam mattresses. Both master bedrooms have been equipped with 50 inch 4K TVs. The two en-suite master baths have dual sinks with upgraded spa-like fixtures, oversized rain showerheads, granite countertops and huge walk-in closets. THREE THEMED BEDROOMS WITH EN-SUITE BATHS The three Disney themed bedrooms have been delightfully decorated with Princess/Frozen theme, Winnie the Pooh theme and of course, Mickey and Friends theme. All the rooms have been equipped with Smart TVs - so you can catch your favorite show on YouTube or Netflix even if its not playing on TV at the moment. We also have an XBOX One with Kinect and an assortment of games for your enjoyment. The Mickey and Princess bedrooms that are on the second level have two twin beds each. The Pooh room which is on the first floor, features a bunk bed with trundle that can sleep 4 (twin + full + twin trundle). All five bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. This will make getting ready in the mornings and heading to the parks a breeze! LIVING ROOM The spacious living room that overlooks the pool has comfortable seating for the entire family to gather around. There is a large 65 inch Smart TV with hundreds of HD channels, a Blu Ray player and a Blutooth Soundbar home entertainment as well. We also have a large collection of family friendly DVDs and Blu Ray Discs for your use. FORMAL DINING The Formal dining area has been appointed with a large rustic dining table and comfortable seating for eight people to enjoy a family meal together. FULLY EQUIPPED EAT-IN KITCHEN Adjacent to the dining area is the country inspired gourmet eat-in kitchen which has been fully upgraded with granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and stove with oven). There are numerous small appliances including a Keurig, digital coffee maker, blender, Mickey Mouse toaster (which makes toast with a Mickey stamp on it :)), Mickey Mouse waffle maker (which makes Mickey shaped waffles!), slow cooker, rice cooker, electric skillet, kettle and lots more. There is ample cookware, dishes, flatware and bakeware to cook a feast for the entire family. Did I mention that there are Disney themed BPA free plates, cups and bowls for your little ones? The breakfast nook in the kitchen has an oversized table with seating for 4 for a quick meal. PRIVATE POOL/SPA/SCREENED-IN LANAI The screened-in lanai features your very own private pool, spa & jacuzzi . There's ample patio and lounging furniture around the pool for those who wish to soak up the Florida sun. The shaded outdoor entertainment area with upgraded dining furniture, overhead fan and a complimentary BBQ gas grill makes it the perfect place to lounge, dine or just "hang out"! The poolside basketball hoop provides hours of non-stop fun for both the young and the young at heart! For the safety of your little ones there is a child fence around the pool. Additionally. the sliding door from the living room leading on to the pool area has been equipped with child safety alarm as an added security measure. Pool heat is optional. There is an additional charge of $25 per day for pool heat. Pool heat is recommended for reservations between November and March. GAME ROOM The game room has a full sized billiards/pool table, Air hockey table and a Foosball table. A wall mounted 48 inch 4k TV along with a pub table and chairs completes the game room. We also have lots of toys and board games to keep everyone of all ages entertained. We also have tennis rackets and a basketball for your use in the resort sporting complex. OTHER UTILITIES PROVIDED We also have the following baby gear for your use if you are traveling with children: A number of strollers with shade, Pack n Play with sheets, high chair, step stool, bed rail, safety gate and much more. We have a large full sized washer and dryer in our home together with iron and ironing board. All five bathrooms have been appointed with hairdryers. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every guest. We also have beach towels for your use at the pool. Our house is equipped with complimentary secure high speed internet with Wi-Fi. All seven TVs have hundreds of HD channels. All eight TVs are Smart TVs enabling you to catch your favorite shows on one of the many online streaming services such as Youtube, Netflix, Hulu and so on/ Land line phone with free unlimited calls to USA and Canada. Our home is equipped with a high security number lock which provides keyless access to our home. Our home is professionally cleaned, inspected and managed by an offsite Management company, who can assist you should you face any issues in our home. The home goes through a deep clean prior to every check-in. Guests are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper goods and other personal items for their use. The following starter supplies will be provided in the unit prior to guest’s arrival. • One toilet paper roll per bathroom • One small bar of soap per bathroom • One roll of paper towels • One dish sponge • One trash bag in each receptacle • One dishwasher detergent tab • One laundry detergent sample • One small bottle of dish soap • Starter coffee packet Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable food items and spices will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check in time: 4PM (or later) Check out time: 10AM VALET TRASH PICKUP: There is valet pickup everday from the trash receptacle (bench) outside our front door. Enclose garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the bench. Trash may not be left outside OR on the bench. Loose trash will not be picked up. Excess trash that does not fit inside bench should be disposed at the nearest dumpster. POOL/SPA HEAT: Pool/Spa heat (optional) is recommended between mid-October and mid-April. If you would like to have the pool/spa heated, please let us know as soon as possible so we can have it turned on before you arrive. Additional cost for the pool/spa heat is $25+tax per day. Since the pool and spa are both serviced by the same pool heater, it is not possible to heat only the spa and not the pool. If ordered in advance, the pool heater will be scheduled to be turned ON from 8AM to 10PM everyday (minimum duration 4 days at a time). The spa can be turned ON any time by using the silver button timer control that is on the back wall of our home (on the side where the spa is). The pool is set at 88 deg F and the Spa at 102 deg F. When you turn ON the spa for the first time, it could take up to 30 minutes to feel a significant difference in water temperature. CLEANING: Our home is cleaned and inspected by professional cleaners prior to your arrival. Mid-stay cleans or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate.
