This river retreat has something for everyone. In addition to the large main 2-story house, there is a detached game room with pool table, Pac-Man game, large TV, mini kitchen and full bathroom. Property has several outdoor games, 3 porches, great fishing right off the dock and two tandem kayaks for use in our canal. Tie off room for several boats on our 80ft dock - only a short cruise by boat or car to beautiful springs, restaurants and bars. Close to Daytona and Orlando! Wildlife galore. The space Complex offers 3 separate living areas with their own entrances and kitchens. Gameroom: full bathroom; mini kitchen area; (2) twin over full bunks and double futon, sleeps 8. Main house downstairs: full bathroom and fully stocked kitchen; queen primary room, and queen and twin upgraded sleeper sofas in living area, sleeps 5. Main house upstairs: (2) full bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen; Queen primary and secondary bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, sleeps 5. There is also a screened in outdoor kitchen for cleaning and or frying fish. 80ft of dock space, enough for several boats. Guest access Kayaks, pool table, dishes, TVs, WiFi, corn hole, horse shoes, grill, fire pit, color changing string lights, dock. Pontoon and fishing boat rentals available locally. Park your trailers in our side yard behind rolling fence to save space for parking out front. Other things to note 2 night minimum and 7th night free 8-10 person minimum to ensure total privacy; all 3 buildings including game room ***Christmas holiday requires 1 week minimum rental Age requirement of 21 or older (children with adult parents allowed).
