Allergy free/Pet free/Smoke free. The property is tucked away, with a view of the lake on one side & the woods on the other. Internet for home schooling or work while on vacation. Enjoy the fire pit at night-or relax in the hammock in the woods after a long day sightseeing. The cabin is located close to the lake in a community of what use to be only summer homes. Beautiful cedar ceiling & hickory cabinets and solid hardwood hickory flooring adds to the feel of the log cabin. Very child friendly. The space Log cabin with all the amenities, short walking distance (20 seconds) to Lake Erie and view of the lake in the distance from the back deck. All newly remodeled. Located in a sleepy little community of cottages along Lake Erie. Sleeps 5. One bedroom has a double bed with a single overhead. The other bedroom has a double log bed. (2 bedrooms), kitchen, small dining room, living room and bathroom with shower. (Small but all the necessities you will need). New mattresses, microwave, stove, refrigerator, air, heat. Clean and neat! All new in 2019 and pet free for those who suffer from pet allergies and asthma. New in fall 2021 is an outdoor shower-connect with nature! Other things to note Just a few additional notes that the guests need to know...... The refrigerator is new and is clean. There is enough room to fill it to feed a family. Please bring enough food for your stay. The drinking water is clean and delicious.. Many guests have commented how good the water is. There is a heating/air-conditioned in the main room that heats and cools the entire cabin. There is a small coffee maker in the kitchen. Please bring your own blend of coffee. There is also a selection of tea for the tea lovers. (Tea lovers always get left out don't they?) We provide all of the linens, sheets, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen hand towels. All of pillows, beddings are new and recently purchased. Please use for personal use only, not for outdoor use. The living room is cozy and is next to the game shelf where the family can play hours of games at night after the sun goes down The kitchen has many of the conveniences of home. It comes with complete silverware sets, plates, glasses, coffee cups, toaster, waffle press, microwave, microwave, George foreman grill and much more. The dishwasher is you :) Please wash your dishes and plates as you would at home. The side yard that is backed up against woods and a creek. There is an outdoor grill as well as a firepit. There are many marinas in the area also in case a renter wants to bring a boat. The marinas will park your boat for you so you do not need to bring it to the water each day..it will already be there!! New in the fall 2021 is an outdoor shower-watch the sea gulls fly over while you’re showering. Great experience!! Renters Agreement: 1. By renting cottage #36, there is a maximum occupancy of 5 as stated on the AirBnb website. 2. There is a limit of 14 day maximum stay 3. Use of possession of illegal drugs: on the property by the renter is not permitted. 4. Underage drinking: on the property by the renter Is not permitted. 5. Parking: The renters are assigned a parking area on the property. The parking area /space shall be used exclusively for parking of renters automobiles. Renter is permitted to park only in the assigned area. Limit of 3 vehicles. Said space shall not be used for washing, painting, or repair of vehicles. No other parking space shall be used by the renter. No road or off parking is permitted. 6. Noise: Renter agrees not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which might disturb time of 12 midnight until 8am. 7. Property Maintenance: renter shall deposit all garbage and waste, including fish remains, in a clean and sanitary manner into proper receptacles and shall cooperate in keeping the garbage are neat and clean. Renter shall be responsible for disposing of items of such size and nature as are not normally acceptable by the garbage hauler. 8. House Rules: Renters shall comply with all house rules as stated in the house rules sheet located on the table as renters arrive. 9. Insurance: Renter acknowledges that owners insurance does not cover renters personal property damage. 10. Renters will not have others residing in the residence beyond those identified. 11. Renters are jointly and severally responsible and liable for all obligations under this agreement
