The space Very private, estate setting. 105 feet of lakefront awaits! Guest access One entry door has a code. Upon entry, you will have one key on the kitchen counter that opens all exterior doors. Leave this key when you depart or a $200 charge will go against your security deposit to "re-key" the doors. This is a must to insure the security of the next guest. Other things to note There are simple, written departure instructions for you to follow when you depart. Unless we agree in advance, pets ARE NOT allowed. Failure to comply will be grounds for your immediate departure and a minimum $250 fine. We have to respect our future guests and their potential allergies to animals. If you have more than 6 guests in your party, please contact us in advance. There may be a nominal, additional nightly fee at our discretion.
