My house has huge Master Suite with Big TV, awesome Walk-in shower, private toilet w/bidet washer & dryer. Great room w/60" TV. 3 full bedrooms and 1 Multiuse Bedroom / dining room. Deck & spa, gas grill. King, Qbed , 3 Queens bedroom. NOTE: Cleaners use separate-entrance garage for laundry during business hours but NEVER come in the house. The space This is my home, I rent out when I am out traveling. I am very happy to share with others to enjoy. I live in Nashville because I love this location. I am so close to the airport as well as downtown and all the great venues. Vanderbilt, Predators, and Titans games. Concerts everywhere Bridgestone, Ascend, Honky tonk district and great dining Gulch and 12th south. My house has a master bedroom with large bathroom awesome dual head walking shower private toilet room with bidet and the washer and dryer conveniently here. The Living/Great room has 60" TV with the works of sports channels- Netflix-Hulu-Amazon. The kitchen has a gas stove, Kerig coffee station, a computer station, fruit bar. with double doors to a large deck screened in porch, and hot tub spa and stairs to an additional patio below with gas grill. The porch also has double doors to private back queen bedroom. The large 3 bedroom has 2 queen beds and wonderfully decorated for guests. The second bathroom has access from both guest bedrooms and also has a bidet plus a full tub with shower. STRP#2017003452 Guest access Access to the whole first floor, right-side driveway, carport, and exclusive use of the full backyard. NOTE We do rent the upstairs separately but there are zero shared areas and those tenants do not have any use of the back yard. The full downstairs that you will be in has full privacy just for you. STRP#201003452 Other things to note 4th Bedroom is Multiuse Dining by Day Bedroom at night. Partition to go around the bed is available upon request when you check in. HOUSE RULES!!! **NO SMOKING IN SIDE OR NEAR DOORS!! If we find any evidence of smoking in this home, either by smell or paraphernalia, you lose security deposit. Outside quiet hours dark until 9:00 a.m. No loud voices, music, or celebrating outside at any time. Noise complaint/police called = forfeited deposit. No more than 2 unregistered guests in the house at any time. No parking in the grass. Keep all vehicles on concrete areas. Saturday dates will appear blocked when selecting your checkout date because we prefer to not have arrivals or departures on Saturday. We prefer to book Friday & Saturday night as a pair. NOTE: Cleaners use garage for laundry during business hours but NEVER come in the house.
