Therefore, perfect for up to four with ample back yard for a fur baby and perfect for accommodating additional guests who would like extra privacy of the main home. The main home accommodates up to 8 guests. So keep this in mind for the future when you are looking for a place for more quests or split privacy! This subdivision is directly across Texas Avenue from Texas A&M University. The cottage is walking distance from a handful of eating establishments and about a 1/4 “walking” mile from campus. Walking distance to campus and other go-to's such as Blue Baker, Whataburger, Ozona Bar and Grill, Panda Express, Jason's Deli and others. Pets are allowed upon prior approval with a $50/pet NONrefundable pet deposit (depending on the individual fur baby and past experiences). Private backyard but please clean up after your fur baby.
