It is located in a prime fishing location with a lighted fishing dock and private boat launch. It is 5 minutes to downtown Rockport, Rockport's Blue Wave beach, upscale shopping and dining, community pool, parks and golf course. There is a very spacious balcony which overlooks the bay and is great for sipping your morning coffee or watching fabulous sunsets in the evening. There is a private lighted fishing dock which has great fishing and a boat launch if you want to launch your boat or kayak. In addition to the great fishing and boating, kayaking is very popular in this area. You will be able to see blue herons, ducks of all kinds and many other types of wildlife in this area. There is a covered breeze way available to park your cars. Other things to note We do allow dogs for a fee of $125 for each dog. Only two dogs maximum weighing 50lb or less. We require all dogs to be pest free, house trained and well behaved. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also ask that you put them in a crate if you leave them alone in the home. We do not allow puppies. Dogs must be at least 1 years old. Our maximum number of dogs is two. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pet waste and/or excessive dog hair is left in the home.
