The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; it sleeps up to 12 people: master suite upstairs (sleeps 2+1) + bathroom, master suite downstairs (sleeps 2+1) + bathroom and 3 double rooms downstairs (+1 bathroom). The house has a garage for 2 cars, a charger for Tesla cars, a big front yard perfect for playing sports and a backyard that overlooks the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. The house's coastal style decoration is inspired by the blue water of the Atlantic Ocean and green tropical gardens. OceanHaus has all essentials and amenities for you to enjoy the perfect beach vacation: surfboards, paddle-boards, kayaks, kids kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, all cooking essentials, high-chairs, board games, a mini library with the perfect beach books, a baby crib and a high chair. The house has 4 Smart TVs and Sonos music speakers in both floors - you can log in to your favorite audio and video streaming services with your accounts-; the laundry area has washing and dryer machines and iron; finally, a fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, oven, dishwasher, a Miele gourmet espresso machine, a Keurig coffee machine, a blender and all the right kitchen utensils for the visiting chefs. We allow flexible stays from 2 nights to one month; we welcome families, groups of friends and corporate retreats. Pets are accepted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. During the evening you can prepare a family dinner at the kitchen, go to one of the restaurants in the area, or even drive to Melbourne to discover the local restaurants and nightlife. OceanHaus is at biking distance from Indialantic downtown with some restaurants and local surf shops. Indialantic is conveniently located between Satellite Beach and Melbourne Beach; it is also close to the Historic Downtown Melbourne and 15 minutes away from Orlando-Melbourne International Airport. The house is perfectly located to visit the Orlando Parks: a 40 minutes’ drive to Kennedy Space Center and 80 minutes’ drive to Disney, Universal Studios and all the shopping centers and tourist attractions in Orlando. The house is equipped with a Tesla charger in the garage.
