The deck leads to a beautifully landscaped backyard that offers plenty of room for activities and entertaining. Our home is located just a half mile walk from Maidstone Beach and Maidstone Pavillion. There are also several restaurants, marinas and markets in both walking distance and a short drive away. The house is equipped with high-quality cooking tools and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was recently renovated and offers a dining area that seats 8. The back deck (located right off the kitchen) boasts a Weber grill and dining area for outdoor entertaining. The linen closet is stocked with linens for all rooms, pillows and duvets. Towels and beach towels are also provided. High-speed wireless internet and local phone available to guests. Weekly cleaning service provided. The Surroundings: Maidstone Beach is a quiet beach community in the Springs section of East Hampton. It's a quiet residential neighborhood far from the traffic and crowds you'll find in the villages in the summer. Our neighbors are a mix of year-round residents and seasonal renters. Getting around: Your own car is your best means of transportation, though it is possible to take a cab or UBER to the house from either the train or Jitney.
