A full kitchen has updated appliances including fridge, microwave, and electric range; two colorful stools allow for breakfast in the kitchen, or relax on the queen-sized pullout sofa bed. A sliding barn door divides the main areas from the queen bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity with storage. To truly enjoy this unit, grab a beach towel from inside Cottage #2 and head east to the storage room, located behind Cottage #5. There, you will find beach chairs and beach toys for shared use among guests. Continue east, through the gate for private beach access. Stay and relax on the shared Coco Sands Beach Deck, or continue down the path to the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean! After enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, an outdoor shower in the common area is available for rinsing off before you head back to your Cottage, or hang outside in your swimsuits and and enjoy your dinner on our shared grill!
