The beach house been designed to provide you with the luxuries of a 5-star hotel. Our guests receive only the finest of amenities. High quality linens, furnishings, and plush pillow top mattresses were selected for this home. Robes await our guests along with complimentary spa-like shower toiletries for their first day. Each bedroom boasts a top of the line plush pillow-top mattress, soft fluffy pillows and sheets, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and a private ensuite. The second guest room comes also with a king size bed. The third bedroom includes two twin XL beds, perfect for children or two singles sharing a room. Gourmet cooking made possible in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has everything you can possibly think of for cooking--an assortment of cookware and kitchen staples including spices. Ask our management about kitchen stocking. We are happy to help stock the fridge with your favorite beverages and groceries for your arrival. Entertainment made possible in the open concept living space. The beach house has been designed for your ultimate entertainment experience with an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. Revel the breathtaking views while entertaining with family and friends. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are for our guests use. Other things to note The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age in accordance with applicable city regulations. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of booking to verify the booking guest’s age. Please refer to our rental contract under house rules for our cancellation policy. Guest is REQUIRED to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house. The beach house is a 1/2 duplex on the ground level. The owner's occupy the other 1/2 of the duplex (the upstairs unit) part-time. We have a VERY strict NO PET POLICY. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance from surrounding neighbors after 9pm. If you are looking for a party house, unfortunately this would not be the right fit. Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $325 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $325 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $25/towel and $55/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.
