The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils and cookware, and there is a Nest thermostat for central heating and air conditioning. You can also enjoy a Control 4 surround sound system with outdoor and indoor speakers. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, including an indoor game room with bumper pool, board games, and darts. The home also has a fireplace and a poker table for evenings spent relaxing and playing games. You can also roast marshmallows and make s'mores around the outdoor fire pit, or play a game of horseshoes in the backyard. For some outdoor fun, you can take a dip in the pool and spa, which features an LED lighting system for evening swims. You can also go fishing from the dock on Dowling Lake and watch the sunset.
