It has two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with twin bunk beds which gives great options for guests sleeping quarters. There is a huge master suite upstairs with king bed, trundle bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub and peek-a-boo ocean views. The open, stylish living/dining/kitchen area is the heart of the home. It is a cottage sheik space with a large table to seat all of your guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with for cooking and enjoying meals and has you covered for those morning walks with a Keurig, a kettle and a standard coffee maker. We have 1GB internet, for work or devices, and there are 2 TV's in the house with cable (on both) and app-based TV (downstairs). Bring your Netflix login and cozy up for a movie. There is also old school DVDs, puzzles, games and books for all your entertaining needs. The house has a large front-porch, fire pit and charcoal grill to extend the vacation to the outside as well. We also have games available so you can soak up the sun and ocean breezes as you play bocce ball or horseshoes in the large, fully-fenced front yard. This is also great for kids to run around and be safe while you are watching from the porch. We are dog friendly as well, with no pet fees, just be sure they are well-behaved and no jumping on the bed! (you too, dad!) They will love the miles of beach just 1.5 blocks from the house! There is plenty of parking for up to 5 cars, including a space in the back. There are of activities at the beach, besides building sand castles and flying kites, you can walk to the shops in downtown Pacific Beach, drive 1-mile up the road to Seabrook and enjoy their amenities - restaurants and shops - or drive only 30 miles to Lake Quinault or the Hoh rainforest. Whether you are staying a day or a week, you will absolutely enjoy your stay at Stella Mare! Guest access Guests have access to two 50" TVs, ready for your personal streaming, Internet access and full use of the house. We have provided a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for your caffeine fix, toaster, pots/pans and all the appliances you would expect in a working kitchen/laundry - stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We have found that Verizon is the only provider that works well, but both the house and the State Park have wireless networks for streaming and wi-fi calling. In addition, there is a great little coffee shoppe that serves ice cream that would be a great spot to sit and surf!
