Modern farmhouse style tiny house close to Sea-Tac airport, major freeways such as I-5, I-405, Link Light Rail and public transportation. Full size kitchen and bathroom with modern design. Comfortable beds and beautiful private landscape. Early check-in and late check-out are offered on a space-available basis! The space Our tiny house will make you feel right at home. It is modern, efficient, and comfortable. The house is located in our backyard, gravel parking pad for your vehicle. Smart lock will provide each guest with their unique code to enter the property. If you arrive with more than one car, we have plenty of on street parking space. The property is under surveillance 24/7 for your safe stay. INTERIOR: There are two lofts – both queen size and a full size futon for 5 people to stay comfortably. The heat pump will keep the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Two oversized windows provide lots of natural light and make the space look more open. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas stove, refrigerator, water kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook and eat in. Dining table can host 6 people comfortably. Complimentary snacks, water, tea and coffee are available upon your arrival. Bathroom has a shower and residential toilet. Hand soap, 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel, and bubble bath will be provided. The house has instant host water heater. It needs a steady flow of water to keep the heater running. Try keeping the faucet in the warmer water temperature while you take a shower and the water temperature will be steady. Lofts can be access by steep ladders. If you are not comfortable with ladders and low ceiling height – this is NOT the place for you. NO SMOKE or VAPE inside the house. If you do need to smoke, please do so outside or your deposit will be taken. NO SHOES inside the house. Slippers are provided. EXTERIOR Our backyard is private and well maintained. The brand new cedar deck will extend your tiny living outside. Our location is close to Safeway, Fred Meyer, Seven Eleven, Starbucks, Subway and many restaurants. DISCLAIMER This is a warning notice for insurance purpose. By booking with us, you agree not to hold us liable for any harm while using the ladder to access the loft. Other things to note Please understand that our tiny house is not kid friendly due to steep ladders. The house is under fly path, but it is not noticeable when you’re inside the house. If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you!
