The space The location & view are a gem. The Gathering House is a tri-level home. 3 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 basement bedroom, 4 baths, a living room, family room, dining room, laundry room, & remodeled kitchen. The family room has comfy couches, a TV, a console with gaming system, & board games as well. The kitchen should have the utensils and appliances you need, including a keurig, press, and standard coffee maker, microwave, toaster, bottle opener, etc. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, attached bath, and a vintage toddler bed. You also have access to the garage. There is a large backyard with trails that start right behind the house. There is a park with play equipment just a five minute walk away on Delmonico. This house is 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods, 10 minutes from USAFA, 10 minutes from Downtown, Old Colorado City is 15 minutes away, & Manitou and the Incline are about 20. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for. Guest access You can access the entire home, garage, front and back yard, & open space. You will have access to 1/2 of the two car garage.
