Kate's Cottage on the Peterson Farm

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting. A light, homemade breakfast delivered to your door and an invitation to join us if we're making wood-fired pizza. Just relax! The space Although there is only one bedroom with a queen bed, there is a twin bed in the finished attic I refer to as the "fair weather" bedroom. Ask for details. Guest access Entire cottage. Other things to note Pets are allowed with prior approval. Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottage unless they are kenneled. Breakfast is not included when extended stay discounts apply.
