And with so many reasons to come to Grand Rapids, our Bellevue home is ready to welcome you in. We even offer our 21 and older guest a taste of Beer City with a cold Michigan beer waiting in the fridge. When staying at Bellevue you will be 15-20 minutes away from the airport, downtown, and the 3 major malls. Easy highway access to 131 and M6. Plenty of fast food and sit-down restaurants nearby and a quiet neighborhood to relax in. The space ***Please Read*** Bellevue has off-street parking. Guest accommodations and sleeping arrangements are based on two people in the queen bed, two double beds upstairs: one or two people per bed, one person on the living room couch, and one person on the back porch futon/bed. There are extra blankets and pillows as well. The house can sleep 6 people comfortably. The living room has a wall mounted tv and we provide Netflix for your entertainment. The kitchen has plenty of space and is equipped with the necessities for cooking. We provide one Michigan beer per guest 21 and older, coffee, tea, and bagels for your breakfast. There is one bathroom with a shower. If you have a larger group it is good to plan to keep that in mind when getting ready. The upstairs attic bedrooms are divided by a curtain and not a door. It also has angled ceilings to be aware of for taller guest. The office is split with the laundry room in the back. This room runs a little cooler than the rest of the house. If you are working at the desk or sleeping you may need to add some layers. Most people are not bothered by it but it's worth mentioning so you know.
