Pets welcome for an additional fee of $95 per stay (or per month for longer visits)---please arrange in advance. Quoted prices include City mandated Transient Occupancy Tax required of all bookings for 30 nights or less. The space Very cozy, romantic garden cottage on the grounds of historic landmark home, Epworth-by-the-sea (originally built in 1887). Cottage was built in the late 1800's, and was previously used as a caretaker's cottage. Clawfoot tub in the bathroom. One queen sized bed. Modern amenities with the charm of a bygone era. ***please note: our strong preference is for longer bookings, especially those of 30 nights or longer, which qualify for a reduced monthly rate as posted*** Guest access Entire cottage and private courtyard patio. Private parking for one car only next to unit (no oversized vehicles permitted). Street parking (no permit required) for additional/guest vehicles. Limited, shared laundry access for longer term guests only (one week or longer)---please ask before using. Other things to note This unit works equally well for short romantic getaways or for longer term guests seeking an alternative to extended stay hotels. Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee of $95 per visit, or per month for longer stays. Please note that pets must be leashed at all times while on the property. Weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates are available---discounts also given to return guests. IMPORTANT: Discounted monthly rates quoted apply to stays of 31 nights or longer ONLY. This unit has worked very well as a home-away-from-home for longer-term, visiting professionals.
