This beautiful waterfront home is equipped with space for the whole family, or families traveling together, capable of sleeping 13. This home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The main level is open concept living with kitchen, dining, and living room with an electric fireplace. The kitchen and dining area opens to a second story screened in porch and deck with propane grill. The main living space also has a half bath, laundry room, king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find bedroom two with a king bed, TV, and twin bunk bed. The kids’ room (bedroom 3) has twin bunk bed, a twin bed with trundle, and a double bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with deep soak tub, separate walk-in shower, toilet, and dual vanities. Downstairs you will find a family room with Smart TV, wet bar, poker table, and the final bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV as well as a full bath with a walk-in shower. The basement also has a walk out to the back yard for quick access to lake views. We also recommended water shoes due to rocks and sharp zebra mussels in Lake Michigan. No watercraft docking   Amenity + damage protection waiver includes: -Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels) -A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom. -PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage). Home Truths: This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings. This property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
