Extras: 1 assigned parking space, standard beach equipment 9830 The space ***PLEASE NOTE: The Sand Replenishment Project is currently active and moving south along the beach. The beaches remain open and accessible, though you may see machinery as they work to move the sand in from the Harbor. The dredging will begin on April 5 and continue through May 9. This project occurs annually to ensure the safety of the boats in the Harbor and keep the beaches wide and full of sand for you to enjoy. *** THE VIEW A209 - Sandy Paradise faces West through the building and has a small partial ocean view and it is mere minutes to get down to the beach. Sandy Paradise is located in the quieter "A" building which is just across the road from the main bulk of the complex. While the main complex is still accessible to you with the use of your gate key, the "A" building has its own private pool and hot tub as well as a grilling area. KITCHEN AND DINING The condo features upscale custom cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and Corian countertops with an extended bar. The kitchen is also fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals! The dining area comfortably seats 6. The dining area has a round table with seating for 4 with two additional spots at the bar for quick bites or younger guests. LIVING AREAS The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements. Relax on either the large couch, love seat, or rocker and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. Cable TV is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a custom tiled fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The bathroom hosts a custom-tiled walk-in shower and separate vanity area. SLEEPING A209 is set up to sleep 4 guests. Sandy Paradise is fully furnished with enough sitting and sleeping to comfortably house 4. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a small TV and there is a queen sofa sleeper couch in the living room. EXTRAS 1 assigned parking space in the garage below the building. A209 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2) **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes. LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation. Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor. Each offers a unique slice of coastal living, from fine dining and boutique shopping to exciting activities like jet skiing, kayaking, and whale-watching boat excursions. Leave your car securely parked in our underground garage and enjoy the ease of walking to these local attractions.
