This is a resort with your own private beachfront which is fully registered and licensed with Florida State and Brevard County. We continue to provide enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures for additional protection of our guests and the cleaning crew. Specifically: • Following safety and cleaning measures recommended by CDC and State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations for vacation rentals. • Washing, cleaning, sanitizing of linen in accordance with CDC and OSHA guidelines, packing of clean linen in plastic bags and delivery to the property by professional laundry service each time. • Making sure all our cleaning crew members perform frequent hand washing and sanitizing, wearing disposable gloves and other protection as appropriate. • Providing to our guests for use during their stay individual travel-size initial supplies of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner as well as facial tissues, paper towels. • Check-in and check-out without a direct contact at the property. The MAIN and GUEST houses have a total of 3200 sq. ft of living space, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and would sleep up to 14 people with 1 King, 4 Queen beds and 2 Queen size sleeper sofas (in the great room of the main house). The main house features a spectacular great room with a Corian kitchen, kitchen island with built-in cooktop, huge living and dining areas, beautifully decorated bedrooms, stunning primary suite with walk-in closet for him and her, a super primary bath with a custom-built shower and jetted tub, a separate utility room with washer and dryer. The panoramic ocean view spans the entire east side of the main house – the great room, primary bedroom and one of the bedrooms. The guest house would be great for a couple or grandparents – it has a kitchenette with refrigerator and convection microwave for fast cooking. There are open high ceiling airy rooms, new flooring throughout, PRIVATE SPECTACULAR Professional Tennis/Pickleball court overlooking Atlantic Ocean (finished in US Open Colors - blue playing area with green borders), Tennis/Pickleball court fencing, private Pool/Spa with automated pool controls and lights, tropical professionally landscaped lot, paved driveway with a 2-car garage and huge space for ample parking. For pickleball players - the standard tennis net used for pickleball plays is 2" higher in the middle than the standard pickleball net. Telephones are with free unlimited calling to anywhere in the US and Canada. There is Internet and Wi-Fi with free unlimited access within the property line. There are 6 TVs altogether – in each of the bedrooms and the great room of the main house, DVD and board games. Full supply of kitchen crockery and cutlery is provided, one set of linen and towels is provided for the duration of the stay, beach towels are also provided. Initial supply of paper towels, paper tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, soap is provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are located inside the deck box of the observation deck. Enjoy stunning 180-degree ocean views for as far as you can see from the huge 75-ft upper deck of GOLDEN SANDS® PEARL! Guest access THE WHOLE PROPERTY AND BOTH HOUSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUEST ACCESS. Please do not excess locked with combination locks utility room doors, locked hallway closet doors, locked storage boxes in the garage and locked utility sheds outside. Access to the property is by using each guest's unique combination codes – for each of the main house and guest house entrance doors. These codes will be provided before check-in by email directly to the guest's email address or through Airbnb messaging. The code unlocks the door for 5 seconds, then the door will automatically lock, and then the code has to be reentered again each time to open the door. When at the property, there is an option to create guest's own custom 3-4-digit codes instead of the 10-digit codes, the simple instructions on this will be contained in the communication with the codes. The codes should be communicated to all members of guest's party.
