The property sits on 2.5 acres across the street from the ocean, with a private path to the beach. Each unit comes with a beach pass to be used at Town beaches such as Ditch Plains Beach. The cleaning fee is $400 cash on check-in. The dog fee is $250 per dog per stay. Only small to medium size dogs who are friendly and do not bark. No cats or other animals.
