Just south of the Rancho California wine trail, it is conveniently located for easy access to town and Wine Country . It is a peaceful home base for exploring the Temecula Valley or relaxing & sipping wine! Days begin with hot air balloons dotting the sky and end with beautiful sunsets and luscious breezes. Updates to the 2nd floor en-suite upstairs bedroom coming in May 2024! Inside this 3,262 sq ft home, you’ll find spacious living areas that include a large open living room, dining room, kitchen with seated island, tasting den and outdoor kitchen/patio on 2.5 acres. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your group. Four well-appointed bedrooms await to deliver a sound night’s sleep. Mi casa es su casa! Our home is open for your enjoyment. We have a private looked room upstairs that is for owner’s storage only. We encourage guests to pick ripe oranges from the grove and enjoy some fresh squeezed juice in season! Your hosts are available by text or phone between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm (pst) and our property manager is available 24/7 for emergencies. While the house sits on 2.5 acres we do have neighbors and ask that guests are quiet and courteous. Guests are not permitted to enter the fenced back area of the property. The property is located close to Akash Winery, Europa Village, Thornton Winery, Avensole Winery, Bottaia Winery, Ponte Winery and Callaway Vineyard to name just a few. We are conveniently located between the Rancho California and DePortola Wine Trails. Parking is not allowed on the street per local ordinance. The property has plenty of parking space inside of the gate for your vehicles. Please do not park off of the cement driveway. We can recommend a great car service if you prefer to tour the wineries worry free. We require a two night minimum for reservations. Holiday weekends - including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and any festival weekend - require a minimum three night stay.
