Coastal farmhouse style cottage recently renovated and on "The Point" in Colonial Beach. Located 3 blocks from the water on a quiet street. Downtown attractions are close enough to walk, bike or access by golf cart. Dahlgren per diem welcome. The space The wrap around porch has multiple seating areas including a table that seats eight. Perfect for morning coffee with a book or outdoor dining. A gas grill is provided. Spacious and beautiful new kitchen features large table to gather friends and family around. It is fully appointed to prepare and serve meals. High efficiency washer and dryer available for your convenience. In addition to the main living room, the home has a kid friendly den with tv and a daybed that can serve as two twin beds. WiFi is provided guests. A full bath is also on the main level. Each of the two bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed. Another full bath is located on the upper level. Other things to note A complementary initial stock of coffee, Keurig pods, snacks, ice cream and paper goods are provided. Basics such as sugar, salt, pepper and PAM are stocked as well. We have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler in the shed for guest use.
