AMAZING HOT TUB! Beautiful, super clean cozy cabin, fully stocked kitchen with gas grill and outdoor fire ring (dry firewood provided). Beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the pasture on our property. Very private, parking, smart TV to stream your favorite shows, fast WiFi, great hot tub to relax at the end of the day. The space Private, Amish built cabin built on part of our 2.5 acre homestead, our home is located on the other side of the property. Watch wild turkeys and deer from the front porch, and enjoy the sunset. Beautiful year round views, covered porch, private outdoor seating area with hot tub, 600 feet off the road, very quiet. Cabin is one bedroom, designed for 2, has futon sofa and can sleep 1 more, it's 400 sq feet inside with 100 sq foot porch outside. Also, no long list of chores at checkout, just place used towels on the shower floor and wash any dishes used. We are owner operated and work diligently to make sure you have a positive experience and enjoy your time with us. We have had hundreds five star reviews. Guest access Access to entire cabin and yard area. House Rules: No parties, only registered and paid for guests allowed, we live on the property as well. Quiet time is 11 P.M. Check out time is 11 A.M. no exception, unless requested prior to check in, no late checkouts. Please bring swimwear if you plan on using the hot tub, no street clothes are allowed in the hot tub, residual soap in regular clothes can damage hot tub and water quality. Read and follow all hot tub rules posted next to the hot tub. Other things to note Warmer weather is on it's way and blossoms are popping out everywhere. Plan your trip to Biltmore and enjoy the grounds this time of year. The city and surrounding area are open and restaurants, wineries, and breweries need your business. The artists in the upper River Arts District are also open and waiting for visitors. We do have a strict cancellation policy, we do not offer any additional refunds due to weather situations. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if your plans may change or if there is a chance of weather interrupting your travel.
