This peaceful round house offers a retreat from city life. Located on over 20 acres, this property offers complete silence, relaxation, and breathtaking views of the beautiful Willamette Valley below. The design offers an open floor plan as well as the unique experience of living in the round! The house is just a few minutes from numerous wineries and restaurants in Amity and McMinnville. The house design provides a large open plan living room/kitchen space for cooking and relaxing, while the downstairs has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other includes a full sized bed. Both bedrooms include closet space and drawers for storage. two large decks, a fire pit, and a propane BBQ offer ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and soak in the sweeping views of the Willamette Valley. Dogs are welcome, and there is plenty of space for them to roam through the woods. The house is very comfortable for 2 people and can fit up to 4, though it is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or larger groups. Guests have full access to the property (except the owners' closet downstairs). Feel free to use the kitchen appliances, practice yoga in the gazebo, and write your next novel at the writing desk! We are hands-off hosts, offering total privacy to our guests. We are always available through airbnb messenger or through email/phone. The house is located in the wooded hills above Amity, a small farming town in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Amity has a small downtown area that contains wine tasting rooms, souvenir shops, casual restaurants, a taphouse, and a cafe. The town is a smaller version of McMinnville, which is located 10 minutes north and home to numerous tasting rooms and farm-to-table restaurants. Cars are the best means of transport to the house, though once there, the rural roads and rolling hills offer great biking opportunities. We thoroughly disinfect the property after each guest's stay, and have been particularly vigilant during this period to ensure a safe and worry-free stay. Please avoid large gatherings or inviting additional guests over during your stay, as our sensitive septic can't take too much activity!
