It's located in the Master bedroom closet, along with an additional mattress and bedding. • KITCHEN: Completely remodeled in 2018, the kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances which include a side by side fridge with ice & filtered water dispenser, an above stove microwave, 5 burner stove top with griddle & oven and an automatic dishwasher. Finished with beautiful butcher block countertops, a farmhouse sink, and under-cabinet lighting. The original pine floors have been reclaimed and painted, retaining a bit of 1930s charm. A favorite feature in the kitchen is the dedicated Coffee & Tea bar with a 12 cup coffee maker, French Press, Electric kettle and a large selection of teas. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils along with pantry basics like oil, salt & pepper, and spices to prepare a delicious meal. • MASTER BATHROOM: Features a sparkling clean tub/shower combo, cork floors, single sink vanity with hairdryer, and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. • MAIN BATHROOM: Features a sparkling clean shower/tub combo, charming vintage tile, cork floors, a single vanity and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. • LIVING ROOM: Features a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. (just bring your account passwords), a modern, comfortable sofa, 2 upholstered chairs, coved ceilings, a decorative fireplace (no fires), original hardwood floors and a large picture window with views of the San Gabriel mountains. • DINING ROOM: A light-filled space featuring a round glass dining table with comfortable seating for 6, original hardwood floors and coved ceiling. • LAUNDRY: A full-sized washer & dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Laundry soap is provided. • PLEASE NOTE: Children are welcome but the home is not "childproofed" if you are traveling with a child/children that require childproofing (i.e. plug covers, cabinet locks, etc.) this home may not be suitable for your needs. • ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Central Heat & A/C, Wi-Fi, original hardwood floors in the living, dining and front bedroom area along with original coved ceilings and arched doorways add to the charm and character of this spacious home. Ample parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway along with street parking (no permits required and no restrictions on overnight street parking) The garage is not included. Staying in an 80-year-old home does come with some “quirks” (we call it character!). Such character includes limited electrical outlets (however, we provide plenty of power strips with USB ports for your charging needs), sensitive plumbing (please treat it gently!) and rustic, original wood floors that aren't perfect and creak at times (it’s just the house welcoming you!). Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the 2 small utility closets in the hallway which are locked. Rest assured, there are closets in each of the 3 bedrooms affording you plenty of storage during your stay. The garage is not included in the listing. Other things to note • This is our home and we are happy to share it with you! Please treat it with respect & care. • There are some cats that wander the property. They are not pets and they are NOT allowed in the house. There is a cat door in the back door (leftover from the previous owner) which must remain locked at all times! • Various wildlife: During your stay, you may see; skunks, raccoons, coyotes, bats, parrots, and hawks, and the occasional bear... just to name a few :) We are close to Eaton Canyon Nature Center which means we have the privilege of sharing our neighborhood with the local animals.
