House is in walking distance to a beautiful beach and a 2 minute drive to world class surfing beaches. It is also walking distance from the Getty Villa. This house is on a cul de sac, perfect for kids to play safely outside. It is in close proximity to many areas, while still feeling like you are away from the hustle and bustle of LA. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people, however can easily fit more. The master bedroom and living room have incredible views of the ocean and the queen's necklace. Guest have access to the entire house, however the garage is used for storage and washer and dryer. Cars can not be parked in garage but can be parked on driveway which can fit two cars. There is also plenty of street parking with no restrictions. If we are in town, we can offer any assistance if you need any ideas for things to do. The neighborhood is located up on a bluff above the pacific ocean. It is a quiet with spectacular ocean views. There are side walks and wide streets for walking and running. It is very safe with 24 hour security service monitoring the houses. It is family friendly with lots of kids skateboarding and riding bikes enjoying the great weather and ocean views. We would advise renting a car as Los Angeles is not known for its public transportation. We have plenty of parking at the house. Many people drive to the metro in Santa Monica, park their can and take a train downtown to avoid traffic. The house comes with pass for up to 8 people to go to the Getty Villa at any time without a reservation.
