Amazing large lakefront home right on the water near Sunday river ski resort. Sleeps upwards of 25 people. There is a small surcharge per person for groups larger than 20. At certain times of year we rent to smaller than average groups at an other than listed price. Great for family reunions, weddings etc. Largest yard on the lake! And our hot tub is very invigorating after a day of skiing or hiking! Hot tub is charged separately. NOTE: From late June to late August we only rent by the week. The space It is a large, unique, one of a kind home which over 100 years ago was part of a thriving clothespin mill. It has everything from hot tub to a pool table, from football to a Swingsets, horseshoes to a firepit! Guest access Guests rent the entire property. There is no shared space. Other things to note Please note: The hot tub is optional. If it is desired for your stay, please consult owner for pricing. Peak Summer weeks run Friday-Friday only from July until the last week of August and are 4900 plus tax and cleaning. Any length of stay is available outside of Peak summer weeks except holiday weekends are a required 3 night stay. New Years stay is a required 4 night stay. Smaller groups are welcome particularly between seasons and mid week during ski season and prices can be reduced accordingly.
