The floor plan opens up to the living area that has a cozy couch to watch movies on and an eating area to share a meal. (no rooms on main level) The space The master bedroom has a king size bed. Two of the bedrooms on the upper level has queen beds and the fourth room has 2 twin beds. The laundry room is conveniently located on the upper level! It has a full size washer and dryer and a folding area! The basement is where the 5th bedroom is located. It has a twin and queen bed! ** Note all bedrooms are either on the upper level or in the basement - you need to use the stairs to access any sleeping area! Other things to note This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling for a wedding in the Monument/ Palmer Lake area. We are 7 miles from Spruce Mountain Ranch, 1.5 miles from the Hearth House, and 4.8 miles from The Historic Pinecrest. We are also the home away from home for many Air Force parents and visitors. The house is located only 8 miles away from the North Entrance of the academy. We would love to host you for whatever your reasons are for traveling to the area!
