Blankets and pillows are provided. Freshly-remodeled cottage with vinyl plank flooring throughout. To help keep your little ones active (in case all the swimming, playing in the sandy play area, going up and down the dock, etc. aren't enough), we have a wonderful big playscape and lots of water toys in the Toy House. We have 3 cottages at Phillips Point...two up front right on the water, and this one, #3 is offset behind #2 a little. It is perfect for families with little ones who might want to escape to the water. It is also by the playscape so little ones can easily be watched. But don't just stay in the cottage! Get down to the beach, go swimming in the beautiful water with a clean, hard-sandy bottom--no rocks. Swim out to the anchored raft with its built-in fold up chair backs. Walk down the vinyl dock (no slivers here) to fish from or tie your boat to. Go tubing, skiing, paddle boating--if you don't have one, rent one of these locally. Go for a row in the row boat (oars in the Toy House) or cruise in the pedal boat. At night go crawfishing, watch the sky for meteors, roast s'mores around one of the fire pits, enjoy wonderful friends and family time, make new friends, and more important-- make life-long memories. LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO ACCOMMODATE SEVERAL FAMILIES - PHILLIPS POINT IS YOUR PLACE! We have 3 cottages - this and two others able to accommodate 22 total! We have had golf league, many families enjoy reunions, even a wedding! Discounted rates during off-season and longer stays are available. Guest access The cottage is yours for your stay. The private dock, raft, beach, row boat, 2 kayaks, pedal boat, play set, three fire pits, "Toy Shed" with life jackets (we recommend you bring your own to ensure proper sizes), water toys, and propane grill at each cottage are for the use of guests staying at Phillips Point. We are a "mini" retreat, so there are two other cottages at which other guests may be staying. Great way to meet others or take two or three for your own family reunion. Other things to note Like most cottage facilities, you supply your own linens - bedding & towels. We do offer these for a minimal fee. Just let us know if you are interested so we can have them when you arrive. Please, no more than the 8 guests staying overnight (not even for an added fee). If bringing a boat or jet ski, you must advise property manager BEFORE CONFIRMING BOOKING AS THERE IS LIMITED DOCK SPACE
