Welcome to The C&C Home. Where you will enjoy your own private yard, deck, BBQ and outdoor fire pit w/ wood. The suite is located 2.3 km (3 min drive) from downtown Nelson; it's just far enough out of town that you feel like you are in the country, surrounded by tall trees, breathing in fresh mountain air. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare full, family and friends, sized meals. A gas fireplace provides the open living space with a cozy ambiance for relaxing evenings. The space The Home is a new, single floor, free standing building. All appliances, beds and furniture are new. It is located 9.3 km (7 min) from The Whitewater Ski hill access. A Large Cedar Deck provides extra space to relax and socialize. The front door has a keyless feature so all guests have access at all times. At night the creek noises in the background create an ambiance that soothes. All water is supplied by our private well!! 100% Clean filtered mountain ground water. There is lots of free parking. It sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 private bedrooms. The living space has a 65' Smart TV and free WIFI . Bring a USB key or a laptop, with movies and music, and plug it into the TV. Some Coffee and tea is provided. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, and all soaps/ detergents are included. Spices and cooking oil are stocked. The suite is maintained by a professional cleaner and the snow removal is done by a plowing company. There is a locked pump house for secure Adventure Gear storage. Guest access All parts are accessible to our guest. It is a completely separate and private location. *The Driveway is Loose gravel. If you are riding a MOTORCYLE be careful. It can be slippery.* Other things to note We are located on Perrier Road (Not Lane). Cottonwood rd is the best access to Perrier. The "C&C" home sleeps 10 Adults, 11 people w/ kids The Bean Bag Chair / Mattress in the Second Bedroom is only a twin; perfect for 2 Small Children or 1 Adult. The Master bedroom has an available double floor mattress by request. The King Bed can sleep 3. The dinning room table seats 8. The property is on a Septic Field. Please watch what you flush and put down the drain. *Extended stays of a week+ and a month+ have a discount of 15% and 30% respectively. These discounts apply to the base rate only - they do not include the extra fees such as extra peoples ($20/ person over 4) and cleaning. **Local and provincial taxes included in price.
