Absolutely Adorable Cottage, 18' sq, 2BR/loft, on channel to all-sport 250 acre Townline Lake. Deck, boat dock, paddleboat (bail it after it rains!), kayaks. And fish!! 2 BBQs. Read, relax, coffee on your deck at sunrise/set, hike, swim nearby, wineries, romance, orchards, river-tube, swings, turtles, bike. Efficiently modern - queen bed, & twin beds in loft. Full/small kitchen, Nu-Wave cooker, Mr. Coffee drip, 2-burner cooktop & griddle in drawers. NO OVEN. An amazing tiny, cozy Cottage. The space Our little guest cottage has all the vacation amenities, & A/C in an efficiently organized, small space. Imagine a private deck. And dock. A laundry room accessed next door. Perfect romantic getaway, or fun for a small family, or artist's retreat. (Rent a pontoon from our neighbor.)There are public swings for children next door, boater's swimming holes, a sand bar on the lake for wading, an in-the-lake volleyball net out by an island where lake-lovers hang out, a park with swim area. BBQs. 2 Kayaks and paddle-boat. The swimming cove is a great place to dive and float and watch other lake-goers. The Cottage is well appointed, newly designed for our adult family couples, and families with school-aged+ children. (They love, love, to sleep in the loft and peak out the windows at the boats going by.) Guest access The entire cabin is self-sufficient. A rural atmosphere, parking & a place for your boat trailer. Hike around the Lake. Bring your bicycles - several trails through forests and waterways nearby. The Fred Meijer Heartland Trail System nearby. 10 minutes to town, the grocery store, bowling, restaurants. Anderson's Orchard is a must-do. Three wineries to be toured. Fishing's good! With more than 11,000 1-acre lakes in Michigan, it's a must-do. And the fall colours are ... exquisite. Other things to note The Cottage has reliable WIFI. A TV - not good service out here tho - but has a ROKU for your streaming APPS. No Smoking and vape-free, inside and out, no exceptions. NO PETS/NO DANDER. Paddleboat and two kayaks provided. Sanitized on your arrival date. Bring a green LP canister for the 8 burgers-BBQ. Or bring charcoal for the big Weber.
