This cottage-style townhome is located in Jekyll Island's newest cottage community, The Cottages at Jekyll Island, and is dressed with ocean views. This home has a master bedroom (KING) on the main floor, along with two guest bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor is home to an open kitchen, which flows into the beautiful dining and main living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a spacious bar top. This cottage provides easy access to a garage off of the kitchen. Off of the main living area is a screened-in porch, perfect for every season. The second-floor houses two guest bedrooms (QUEEN) and bathrooms. Each bedroom opens to an oceanfront balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The second floor also has a small sitting area on the landing. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and community firepit. NO SMOKING NO PETS BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall. Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages. Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation. Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access.
