Spend your days basking in the sun, discovering local art galleries and wineries, and exploring the vibrant Funk Zone. Please note that this apartment is located on the second Floor (Walk up).  The space The inviting living space has a cozy sofa and a 42” HD TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen blends both functionality and style, with sleek limestone floors and modern stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The serene king bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, with French glass doors that open to a small private terrace, providing charming foothill views. The adjoining bathroom is appointed with limestone accents, custom cabinetry, and a shower-tub combo for ultimate relaxation. Thoughtful touches are included to make the most of your stay: complimentary champagne to toast your arrival, plush robes, bath essentials, high-end linens, a Nespresso machine stocked with pods, creams, and sugar, and reserved parking, a rare perk near the beach. Tucked away on a residential street, our building offers a serene oasis just moments from the vibrant heart of Santa Barbara. Just blocks away, the Funk Zone brings an irresistible charm — a lively coastal enclave where streets meet the sea, brimming with art galleries, boutiques, wine tasting rooms, and eclectic eateries. Convenient bike rentals and the nearby Amtrak station make exploring even easier, whether you're strolling down State Street’s boutique-lined promenade or setting off on an unforgettable day trip to the Channel Islands or Santa Ynez wine country. Whether seeking tranquility or excitement, this perfect location ensures a memorable getaway you'll want to relive again and again. Guest access Apart from the apartment, our guests have access to a reserved parking space, which is rare in such close proximity to the beach. Please note that the parking spot is housed in a small carriage house and suitable for 1 compact vehicle. The dimensions of the carriage house where you would park your car are 16 and 1/2 feet in length and 8 feet and 8 inches in width. The doors have to be manually opened to the carriage house. Street parking is also accessible. Alternatively, we have other units which offer a standard parking space. For stays of 7 nights or more, we’re happy to refresh and clean the apartment, including replenishing linens, bedding, and coffee pods. Our cleaning team is flexible—just let us know a time that works for you, and we’ll take care of the rest. Additional cleanings are available upon request for an added fee. For monthly bookings, complimentary cleanings are included every two weeks. Feel free to contact us about special rates for extended stays. Other things to note Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book. It’s a seamless, stress-free option for a quick coastal getaway, making us the perfect choice for your Santa Barbara stay.
