Cable television with movie channels and NFL Red Zone (during football season). Crib, Pack n Play, high chair and booster seat available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note LOCATION: **Five-minute walk to a local park and playground **Five-minute drive to local grocery store, breakfast restaurant, bank, gas station, juice bar, taco shop, drug store, coffee shop, drive-thru coffee, deli, gym/pilates/yoga, and hiking (Mission Trails). **Seven-minute drive to San Diego State University. NOISE: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. **There should not be any outside noise or loud noise from inside the home after 10 pm on weekends and 9 pm on weekdays.** The canyon behind the home carries the noise throughout the neighborhood. Violation of these quiet hours/house rules may result in actions such as: eviction by Airbnb without refund, owner turning off outside power, neighbors/owner calling the non-emergency police line for quiet enforcement. RENTER AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary renter/guest must be 25 years of age or older. PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS: Large gatherings such as parties and events are absolutely prohibited at the property. Breaking the no-events house rule will result in a $1000 fine. NO SMOKING:This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside. Breaking the no-smoking house rule result in a $500 fine. HOT TUB: Use At Your Own Risk. Do not put pets, bubble bath, or liquids in hot tub. Use care when removing hot tub cover to prevent damage. Close Hot Tub Cover When Not In Use. Children are not permitted in hot tub without adult supervision.
