The Clubhouse at The Trestle Building- Downtown

ALERT TO OUR GUESTS: Without much warning beginning 12/01/25 Airbnb is charging the 15.5% guest fee to the hosts, we simply had to bundle that into our pricing. Hosts now will be responsible to pay that to Airbnb. Please know we did not increase our pricing. Welcome to The Clubhouse at The Trestle Building! An historic building with amazing views of the Lower Harbor in downtown Marquette. One and a half flights up to an expansive 1900 sq foot living space that comfortably sleeps 9. The space You'll be in walking distance to everything downtown Marquette has to offer, including Ellwood Mattson Park, restaurants, bars, the bike path, the beach, the breakwall etc. This apartment is one flight of stairs up from the Rosewood Walkway and opens to an expansive living space with four bedrooms, two full baths, a powder room and a top-of-the-line cook's kitchen. Nine people can stay here comfortably with a King Room, a Queen Room, a second, smaller queen room and a bunk room that will easily sleep three (full size mattress on the bottom bunk, twin on the top). We have WiFi, of course, cable, a six burner gas range for cooking and a deck to sit outside and enjoy the views. There is no onsite parking (you might find a spot on the street and we do offer three parking passes in the Baraga Lot just one and a half blocks away from the apartment!). Come enjoy our place - you're going to love it! Guest access The entire apartment will be yours. Private Entrance and Private Deck. Other things to note The Clubhouse is upstairs from Zephyr Wine Bar. It is a downtown apartment with everything that entails: some street noise is noticed in the morning (although, it's Marquette, not NYC)! There are tenants downstairs from The Clubhouse, they are very nice, you may notice their presence as well. There is a steep stairwell leading up to the space, we do ask you be cautious with little ones.
