At Apollo 1005, you will have great amenities, including: direct access to the beach, private pool and spa, exercise room, and on-site bar & restaurant with beach and ocean views called Sunset Grille. Below are some of the highlights of this unit: - 1 bedroom with KING-sized mattress. - 1 full bath. - 1 large comfy sofa which converts to a full-size hideaway bed. - Unit sleeps 4 but best suited for 2. - Free CenturyLink cable TV and WiFi - Walk out through double sliding doors to the beachfront balcony equipped with table and 4 chairs plus 2 recliners. - The kitchen is fully stocked with items including: pot & pan set, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. We also have a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. - We recently installed a brand new electronic shade system at the sliding doors in the living room. You'll love to operate it by the push of a button! - Towels for beach, bath and kitchen are provided. Bathroom has soap and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started for your stay. - Private storage closet located right next to the front door is filled with beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, tennis rackets and much, much more! - A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a common area room on the same floor as the unit and are available for guests' use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided by owner but they may be available if any previous guests leave a supply. - Private and gated association pool and hot tub. - All units at Apollo have a $25 Parking Pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. *We reserve the right to refuse service to those that are misleading, dishonest, rude and/or offensive at anytime. We give guests complete and sole access to and use of the entire condo unit (504 square feet), which includes the private balcony. Guests will also have access to the outdoor storage closet (located just aside the condo’s entry door), which house various beach supplies such as beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, water toys, etc. and some sport items like tennis rackets. We also include beach towels which are stored in the condo with the other towel supply. Guests will also have complete access and use of the many great amenities that the condo building has to offer. The condo unit is managed by the owner's son. He is only a phone call or email away and responds to any inquiry within 24 hours. Additionally, the Apollo Condominiums management offers 24/7 service. Located in Marco Island, Florida, United States. Marco Island was voted the best island in USA (2014 trip advisor traveler's choice). You can do a lot of activities on the island, including the following that are free or not expensive and often not far away: -Fish excellent fishes like red snappers, near the Apollo, standing in the Gulf of Mexico, while watching the sunset, sometimes among dolphins (for better results, you need to know how to catch live bait with a net) -Great shelling (including sand dollars when you go to Sand Dollars Beach); - Play volley ball on the beach -Go to a restaurant-movie theater that take orders from your table or seat and serve alcohol; -Go to other restaurants by walk, bike or boat; -Rent a kayak (some miles away) and go to inhabited islands (you have choice among the 10,000 islands from which Marco island belong) for shelling or relaxing on the beach and on your way, having the feeling that you are in the tropic islands so the sand is white and the sea emerald; -Take the car toward Everglade city, looking over a bridge where you can sometimes see manatees and stopping aside a road where you can freely see alligators. You can also pay more for an Eco tour among the 10 000 islands and the Everglades (in boat or jet ski), but for watching dolphins, they will first stop near the Apollo. And for great shelling, the south point of the Marco beach, near the Apollo, can be almost as generous than Cap Romano when you go in low tide, and even more generous when you know our specific secret spots, which we can tell to our guests. Nearest airport: Fort Myers (one hour) You can rent bikes on the Island and go to grocery, restaurants and movie theater with bike No minimum stay but weekly rate applies (nightly rate x 7 nights minimum) from Saturday 3 pm to the next Saturday 10 am.
