Take a dip in one of 5 complex's pools only steps away from the large entertaining deck, equipped with a barbecue grill and plenty outdoor seating to just sit back and relax. Just a short walk to the resorts beach! 1988 square feet of home away from home! The master bedroom on the first level has a king size bed with an on-suite master bathroom and sliding doors leading to a large entertainment deck, bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs each have one twin and one queen size beds with a Jack and Jill style bathroom. The first floor also offers convenient half bathroom. Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer right around the corner from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and convenient store. From golfing, zip lining, horseback riding, fishing and safe biking paths to kayaking/canoeing miles of the beautiful lagoon system. Visit Shelter Cove Marina's waterfront which hosts fine dining, shopping boutiques, outdoor adult and kid’s entertainment, water sports, seasonal fireworks, and great views. Guests have access to everything, except the owner's closet The pools are not heated (April - October) and dune buggy (April-Labor Day weekend in Sept) are seasonal please confirm availability. Scale the neighborhood and go for a nice walk or dune buggy shuttle ride to the beach. Paid unassigned parking available. You will pickup your parking passes on entry at the pass office for a fee of $20-50 per vehicle based on length of stay. Palmetto Breeze is the local bus, Uber and Lyft are also available. Please note: The villa has a Mr. Coffee machine (ground coffee) and a Keurig Coffee Maker, Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer. A starter supply of toilet paper, laundry and dish detergent pods, trash bags, and paper towels will be available for your use. Palmetto Dunes charges a $25 fee per car (2 car max) rental up to 7 days; $30 for 8-14 days; and $45 for 18-28 days. All passes must be collected and paid for at the pass office upon arrival located at 16 Queens Folly Road. Palmetto Dunes can only accommodate two car passes. No exceptions. We are a pet friendly villa, but we can only accommodate up to 2 pets and no Pitbull mix allowed. The villa is located in the Lowcountry where all sorts of critters and bugs live among us. The Association exterminates the villa at the beginning of the month. Additionally, we have a team that inspects the home before and after each check out.
