Built in 1910, this historic building is formally known as the EL Wright School and was converted to residential living in March of 2019. This beautiful piece of history features a spacious open-concept layout, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and modern finishes. There is a grocery store within walking distance for much added convenience. Michigan Tech/Finlandia University are both an easy five minute commute.
