The location has minimal high rises, so your views and beach areas are less crowded. Great location to relax and unwind from your everyday hustle and bustle! Just minutes from the main strip of restaurants and entertainment. The condo includes free Wi-Fi and all your basic home amenities in our cozy unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The spare bedroom also has a bunk bed that is an x-long twin over queen. There is also a fold out couch for additional guests. Cable Smart TV with direct access to your own Netflix, Hulu, and Roku accounts in the living room. Cable with flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. Dishwasher, microwave AND stackable washer and dryer for your convenience! You'll have a free bag of ice waiting for you when you arrive. 2 free assigned parking spaces are included - this will fit regular sized vehicles front to back. - Oversized lifted trucks will not fit. Parking is under the building. Restaurants, a small grocery store, and ice cream shop within walking distance. ALL GUESTS COUNT! Ages 0-100 everyone counts! The contract must be signed to fulfil your reservation with us. We will then send you a packet of information 2 weeks from your arrival.
