Moving from the kitchen to the living area, you will find a bar top that seats four and a large kitchen table. The living room contains a beautiful granite fireplace, large smart TV, and an abundance of seating. Off the living room, you will find a quaint sitting area nestled on the oceanfront with a screened-in porch, comfy seating, a fireplace, and a TV. Off the living area is the spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Finishing off the first floor is a half bath at the foot of the stairs. You enter the second floor of this Cottage through a small reading area directly across from the full-size laundry room with custom cabinetry and a smart TV to help pass the time. The second-floor houses two guest rooms, each with private bathrooms, smart TV, access to the upper screened-in porch, and fabulous ocean views. The south bedroom has a queen size bed and the north bedroom has a twin over double bunk with twin size trundle (sleeps 4). This home boasts an oceanfront paver patio with a Weber gas grill. Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
